KRONOS Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order or enter into a paid agreement with KRONOS. By using the Kronos website, or KX2 store, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login credentials secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by a failure for which KRONOS is legally responsible.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, availability and other information accurately. However, packaging, appearance, features or other details may change, and minor differences may occur. If an error materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to correct it.

Product-specific labels, instructions, warnings and usage guidance form part of the information you should review before use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and lawfully authorised, KRONOS products, services and website content are intended for general wellness and informational purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Follow product labels and instructions. If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have allergies or dietary restrictions, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

Stop using a product and seek appropriate help if you experience a concerning reaction or other unexpected health effect.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or stock errors, delivery restrictions or legal requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled amount.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the KX Store. Taxes, duties, delivery charges or other required fees may be added where applicable and will be disclosed before purchase where reasonably possible.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the amounts shown at checkout. Payment processing may be subject to separate terms of the payment provider.

If you purchase a recurring KRONOS membership or subscription, the price, billing frequency and renewal terms will be shown before you complete the purchase.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.

You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method made available to you. Cancellation normally stops future billing and does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.

We will provide any notices required by applicable law before material subscription price or renewal changes take effect.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, supply constraints or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs requirements or restrictions imposed by the destination country.

Returns and refunds are subject to the rules displayed by KRONOS at the time of purchase and to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Because some KRONOS products may be ingestible, sealed, personalised or otherwise unsuitable for resale after opening, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used, to the extent permitted by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Promotions, referral offers and discount codes may have additional conditions, expiry dates, eligibility rules or usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

You must not:

• use KRONOS websites or services unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms other users or systems;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, source code or data;
• interfere with website security, availability or operation;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer or exploit KRONOS technology except where expressly permitted by law;
• use automated systems to place abusive or fraudulent orders; or
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation or authority.

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, image or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant KRONOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display content you submit for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate. We will not require you to waive lawful rights in order to submit an honest review.

The KRONOS name, KX2 name, logos, website content, graphics, software, designs, text, research summaries and other materials are owned by KRONOS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercialise or create derivative works from protected materials except with permission or where applicable law allows.

KRONOS may use or link to third-party payment providers, delivery services, social platforms and other services. Third parties may have their own terms and policies. KRONOS is not responsible for independent third-party services that we do not control, except to the extent the law provides otherwise.

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue website features, products or services. We do not guarantee that every product, feature or service will always be available in every location.

If a change materially affects a paid subscription or service, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRONOS websites and services are provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from every security risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRONOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of KRONOS services, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the KRONOS Privacy Policy and any product-specific privacy notice that applies to the service you use.

We may restrict or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, non-payment or a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. If a material change affects an ongoing paid service, we will provide any notice required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of governing jurisdiction, to be confirmed, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.

Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces rights that you are entitled to under mandatory applicable law.
